Ihre Aufgaben
As a Resiliency Coach, you will be responsible for the psychological on-site counseling of the employees and mediation with further rehabilitative measures when necessary as well as factilitating group sessions.
Supporting managers in their day-to-day operations, e.g. through seminars/workshops on relevant topics and health-conscious leadership is an integral part of your job, as is daily case management. Advice and support are provided primarily in English. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own concepts and ideas fpor the optimization of consulting services.
