Ihre Aufgaben

Implement technical training for
dealers and installers.

Field install equipment on-site.

Field test products to troubleshoot
operational problems.

Understand user needs and provide
feedback on user experience.

Handle and import customer complaints
and provide solutions to problems.
- Organize after-sales spare parts, after-sales files and customer data.
- Provide service support for initial installations and maintenance (online and on-site), be the Technical contact person for customer.
Voraussetzungen
- Ideally
completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field
- Excellent
listening, reading and writing skills in German (Chinese a plus)
- Good
communication skills and professional appearance- Basic computer skills in all
common applications
- Driving licence:
class B
