600 million - that's how many people suffer from asthma and COPD worldwide. Many of the innovative medicines are expensive. Sandoz is working hard to offer affordable generics for respiratory diseases.

AEROPHARM GmbH is an innovative pharmaceutical company of the internationally active Novartis AG based in Basel/Switzerland. At its site in Rudolstadt, Thuringia, AEROPHARM GmbH develops and produces cost-effective respiratory medicines for asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) with the aim of improving the quality of life of patients worldwide.

Ihre Aufgaben

• maintaining the knowledge and history of the products including device technology and the associated processes starting with the transfer to the site
• Independent execution of OPV ("ongoingprocessverification", plan and report) using statistical methods-Independent initiation, processing and project management of complex improvement projects , e.g.: Creation and implementation of project plans (time and cost), organization and management of cross-functional teams
• Creation and implementation of product-related changes
• Support in planning and execution of process validations (creation and maintenance of product
• specific process risk analyses (PRAs)) of complex products
• Active preparation and participation in GMP audits at AEROPHARM GmbH
• Design of MS&T review meetings

Voraussetzungen

• University degree in pharmacy or chemistry
• 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical environment required
• Comprehensive GMP knowledge and experience in manufacturing optimization
• Very good command of written and spoken English-Knowledge of Six Sigma
• Independent and innovative way of working as well as strong ability to work in a team
• Systematic and goal-oriented approach.
