- Negotiations with users and buyers are interesting aspects of your work for you, which you approach creatively, proactively and stress-resistant

- You are a networker, trend scout and information broker
- You will identify individual customer needs and develop strategies to address these needs in a focused and sustainable manner
- You will support and coordinate the implementation of holistic solutions for our customers, which cover the areas of logistics, process management and services beyond the pure product portfolio

Voraussetzungen
Qualification
- Fluent in German and good English language skills
- Holistic view of complex challenges in the German healthcare system
- Solution-based thinking and the ability to successfully implement the developed customer solutions
- High interest in specialized sales activities and a strong focus on success
- High motivation to convince users, healthcare professionals and buyers of our products
- Enjoyment of exchanging ideas about complex medical issues
- Analytische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise mit der Befähigung an komplexen kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Projekten zeitgleich zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreude, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit überzeugend und anschaulich zu präsentieren
- High team awareness
- Experience in the distribution of medical devices is desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively
