As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll balance executing complex online marketing strategies with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking according to PERGOLUX’ values - especially integrity, ambition, innovation and unity!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for a specific market
  • Own the media mix and allocate budgets across various channels (Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, Influencers, Print, CRM, SEO) to maximize ROI
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide post-campaign reporting and opportunity analysis
  • Perform root cause analysis if contribution margin/revenue targets are not met and develop a detailed improvement plan with actionable strategies
  • Optimize the digital advertising consumer journey with a focus on full-funnel ad messaging and audience targeting improvements to enhance conversion rates and channel efficiency
  • Design and implement advanced A/B testing frameworks for targeting, creatives, and messaging optimization
  • Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time, including providing detailed briefs and project oversight
  • Actively participate in global marketing initiatives, aligning strategies, sharing insights, and adopting best practices
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and meet high-quality standards
  • Maintain data quality in dashboards to monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, ROAS, and CAC, taking ownership of data quality in KLAR and collaborating with global teams for continuous improvement
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions regarding campaign scaling or budget reallocation
  • Work closely with global teams to align overarching strategies while adapting them to local market nuances
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
  • Share insights and learnings with peers in other markets to contribute to the global knowledge base
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the local market
  • Adapt creative strategies to local audience preferences to maximize engagement and resonance
  • Test and scale new channels (e.g., influencer marketing, partnerships) based on market potential
  • Forecast sales performance in alignment with the Country Manager, based on historical data and market trends, and present projections quarterly to leadership
  • Monitor competitor ads to track share of voice, creative trends, and pricing benchmarks
  • Voraussetzungen

    • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a high-growth environment
    • Proven track record of managing high budgets and optimizing for profitability
    • Hands-on experience at the Associate level, including campaign management and basic optimization
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards)
    • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira, and Confluence
    • Expertise in paid media platforms with a strong history of successfully scaling campaigns
    • Strong project management skills to handle cross-functional initiatives
    • Experience in negotiating contracts and developing partnerships (e.g., with agencies and influencers)
    • Language skills: English C1 (required)
    • Residency and work permit for Germany (required)
