As a Account Representative, you will be responsible for selling semiconductors, electronic and computer products. You will have the opportunity to build your own customer base by
prospecting, servicing and nurturing an account base that includes computer manufacturers and other electronics companies around the world.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Heavy cold call and prospect customers to advertise the value-added services that Smith
has to offer.
• Diligent research for customer leads using the internet and other tools.
• Negotiate rates with customers and keep up with market trends.
• Interface with the purchasing and operations teams to stay informed of current inventory.
• Relationship building to establish and manage accounts.
• Qualify leads and requirements from customers.
Voraussetzungen
• Previous sales or cold-calling experience required.
• Affinity with the electronics industry and sales
• Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone, build relationships and close deals.
• Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability to manage proprietary data.
• Fluent in English and German; another European language is a plus
