Ihre Aufgaben

• Respond to all calls, emails, and common requests for technical counselling and remote diagnosis.

• Analyse technical problems (root cause analysis) with cars, commercial and heavy transportation vehicles (LGV/HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers.

• Follow defined work instructions and escalation processes for all possible types of mechanical incidents and track all incidents in our system whilst maintaining the FAQ and knowledge database.

• Exchange information with other Bosch divisions and colleagues who are involved in the support processes.

• Explore the option to work in the office or remote.

Voraussetzungen

• Education: Completed vocational education as a master mechanic, mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician or country equivalent certificate necessary

• Experience and Know-how: sufficient experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV, basic knowledge of IT systems as well as professional experience in a customer-oriented position are favourable

• Languages: coherent, intuitive written and verbal communication skills in English as well as fluent and professional speaker level in French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian required

• Your way of working: customer oriented, professional communication skills, ability to work under pressure, service and solution focused
