Ihre Aufgaben

This is what you can do The position holder will be supporting the test aircraft production in Oberpfaffenhofen, as well as industrialization for the final assembly line in Leipzig with the following key tasks: • 1st loop assessment and verification of manufacturability of the design • Responsibility to generate & release Job Cards and bill of materials (BOM) for assembly, ground & flight test teams that enable state of the art quality and efficiency standards • Creation of delivery specifications for 1st Tier Suppliers, definition and specification of tools & jigs required for final assembly line • 1st level technical support to test teams in assembly and flight test in case of trouble shooting and other abnormalities, processing of non-conformities and concession, creation of manufacturing/ rework instructions • MFT Lead (Quality, Production, Engineering, (MAP), ME) to continuously improve the assembly process, incl. technology & lean manufacturing/ assemblyfriendly concepts, Design-to-Cost initiatives • Technical focal point for 1st Tier supplier to verify manufacturing plan & rate readiness – acts as Field Representative in case of risk of assembly line stoppage • Focal point in Full-Change-Process to assess & provide the industrial repercussions related to Design Changes

Voraussetzungen

You’ll bring this with you • Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing (Systems) Engineering or equivalent • 2+ years experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering Please note that the place of work will be Oberpfaffenhofen until launch of the production in Leipzig.
