Leveraging the strong support by China Mobile, CMI Germany is a trusted partner that provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to international enterprises, carriers and mobile users. Focusing on access to Chinese telecom network assets for customers in EU region, CMI would like to hire a Intern Project Manager - Delivery (m/f/x) who will support the technical team, assist to provide after-sale service delivery, by support for project planning and controlling, coordinating internal and external actors, executing technical troubleshooting, and communicating regularly to end customers.

Ihre Aufgaben

Support project manager for Customer-oriented end-to-end project delivery by respecting the budget, quality and lead time Assist internal and external communications for technical team, regarding ICT service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery Participation in technical troubleshooting during the project delivery Participation in pre-sale stage for customer requirement analyzing and solution consolidation Regular delivery status reporting and meetings with customers, capacity to manage customer satisfactions

Voraussetzungen

Academical degrees in telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent majors A self-motivated team player, being able to work in a fast-paced environment Good inter-personal communication skills, analytical, problem positioning and solving mindset Excellent English language skills
