Ihre Aufgaben

In our team, you ensure the further development of our primary software solution for the financial settlement of energy and commodity trades. We process transaction data from the exchange, create and operate interfaces to our own and external systems via messaging (ESB) or web services and create reports for various stakeholders. You take a domain-driven approach and work closely with the specialist departments to understand their needs and develop efficient software solutions for them. You are involved in the entire lifecycle - from the idea and planning to implementation, test and release. You work in an agile (SCRUM approach), growing team either in the office high above the rooftops of Leipzig or remotely from home.

Voraussetzungen

  • You have successfully completed a degree or an apprenticeship and have proven professional experience in handling IT requirements.
  • You bring along a very structured way of working and you are able to describe complex requirements, e.g. with the help of UML.
  • You are confident in using Jira and Confluence or other similar systems.
  • If you have experience with web applications and the Java programming language, this is a plus.
  • Ideally you have already worked in the financial sector or a regulated environment.
  • You have the willingness to learn as well as very good team and communication skills.
  • You can communicate excellently in English AND German language.
