Ihre Aufgaben

- Responsible for the maintenance and support of all SAP applications - Responsible for: * Connection of external servers and services, e.g. printers, archiving with OpenText, Seeburger * Configuration in SAP in cooperation with service provider * Monitoring of the interface connection * Analysis and debugging, as well as correction in SAP and application * Assignment of rights and roles to users * Management and monitoring of jobs in SAP * Control of job processing, output and test * Monitoring EDI interfaces, IDoc imports and exports via interface * Monitoring of customer and partner connections, error analysis - Fiori and BW analysis, management and monitoring - Evaluation of errors and resolution in cooperation with SAP operations - Evaluation of CR, implementation of CR - Communication to SAP AMS - Support of users in case of technical problems with SAP - Documentation of processes, jobs, interfaces

Voraussetzungen

- Completed university studies or comparable - Several years of experience in SAP R3 - Several years of experience in SAP Basis operation - Good team and communication skills - Independent and self-reliant way of working - SAP R3 knowledge in interfaces, roles and rights - Experience in dealing with archiving solutions - Experience in dealing with interfaces, especially idoc - Knowledge of interfaces and protocols for software communication with SAPR3 - Job processing - Fluent in written and spoken English
